Strength as Opposed to Body Weight
This is very different than using my strength to apply pressure or move someone around. When I push or squeeze I have less control of my pressure since a smaller part of my body is applying it. Shifting from my center of gravity allows me to move in and out of moves smoothly, in control, with less effort and ultimately more sensitive to your body. The fact that I don't fatigue easily allows me continue for a long period of time still able to apply strong pressure and be evaluate your body.

The Experience
Because of this, you experience something totally different... a smooth sequence of both massage and stretches that open up the body slowly, safely and effectively. Your leg, for example, always feels fully supported so it is easy for you to relax. Pressure is applied to response to the body's needs so it never feels too deep or painful.

Lazy-Person's Yoga
Hence the nickname 'lazy-person's yoga'... this is pretty much what it feels like, except that you're receiving an acupressure massage as well.
